We have a feeling some of you may have already noticed…
This new design, “Seaside Bear,” is actually the summertime counterpart to our popular holiday exclusive, “Knitting Bear”!
Meet our adventurous polar bear, fully enjoying a summer beach vacation!
His special talent? Snorkeling!
Decked out in a floaty and goggles, he’s all set for some seaside fun.
Look closely at the shore, and you’ll spot colorful seashells, starfish, and—wait a second… is that a little crab? 
There’s even a touch of nostalgia with a classic Japanese-style hand-crank shaved ice machine—and don’t miss the fruit-filled polar bear-style shaved ice!
bringing together a look that’s full of energy, charm, and fun!
Now, here’s a little behind-the-scenes story from the design process!
Our beloved polar bear actually tried out all kinds of outfits during the early drafts.
From funky star-shaped sunglasses to a tiny straw hat,
we explored lots of fun looks—
but in the end, the goggles won the spotlight!
We also had a few different color variations in the running...
“Seaside Bear” and “Knitting Bear” were both created by the same designer,
and if you look closely, you’ll notice that Swimming Bear’s carefully chosen outfit and surrounding motifs have lots of charming connections to Knitting Bear!

Not only do the motifs connect between the two designs,
but while Knitting Bear features charming details like sabi-inspired fur textures,
Seaside Bear highlights the natural look of its white leather base—
showcasing the designer’s playful creativity to the fullest!

Next up, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new llimited-edition item addition launching alongside our summer collection:
the Lipstick Case with Mirror♪
Responding to many customer requests for a small case with a mirror, we’re proud to introduce this new item.
Designed to be compact enough to fit comfortably in your hand, it also thoughtfully accommodates slightly taller lipsticks—combining style with functionality.
Not just the size—the development team paid close attention to every little detail! 🔍👀
The included mirror uses an acrylic mirror, which is lighter and more shatter-resistant than glass—making it perfect for carrying around on the go.
By the way, our existing Hand Mirrors also use this same durable material!
The mirror is also removable,
so you could even swap it out for a favorite photo or a cherished Polaroid!
▼ Simply pull it gently by hand to take it out.
▼ Pop in your favorite photo and some mini touch-up cosmetics, and you’re all set to go!
We’ve also used a strong magnetic snap closure to make sure it stays securely shut.
It’s a small but thoughtful detail that means no more worrying about the lid popping open in your bag!
