Overseas Shipping

Delivery times vary by destination: about one week for nearby countries and 2–4 weeks for distant regions. Packages may also be held at customs upon arrival.

Shipping fees will be charged separately depending on the region.

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, the shipping cost to that country will be displayed.

Once your order has been dispatched from our store, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your delivery.

Orders that are shipped to international countries may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for those costs and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Possible causes are:
- The email may have been labeled as junk mail, and automatically trashed or sorted into another folder.
- Your mail filtering settings or anti-malware software on your device may be blocking our email. Please check that you can accept emails from: info@oozeki-japan.com
- The email address we have on record for you may not be correct.

Returns & Replacements


Returns for overseas shipments are generally not accepted. Depending on local laws, unused items may be eligible for return after review. Refunds apply only to the product price; shipping fees are non‑refundable.
