Overseas Shipping

It varies depending on the delivery destination, but generally international orders can take up to two to four weeks to arrive.
Free shipping until September 16, 2024.
After that date, shipping fees will be charged separately depending on the region.
Once your order has been dispatched from our store, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your delivery.
Orders that are shipped to international countries may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for those costs and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Possible causes are:
- The email may have been labeled as junk mail, and automatically trashed or sorted into another folder.
- Your mail filtering settings or anti-malware software on your device may be blocking our email. Please check that you can accept emails from: info@oozeki-japan.com
- The email address we have on record for you may not be correct.
Returns & Replacements
All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds on any items.
