Returns and Exchanges (Customers Outside the EU)
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.
If you believe your product is defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and attach photos clearly showing the issue.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Cooling-off Right (Customers in the EU)
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

After receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm the condition of the item and the reason for return.
If the return is accepted, we will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returned items must be in unused condition.
If there are signs of use, damage, or wear, we may decline the return in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
