Processing Time

Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 2–3 business days.
Please note that processing may take longer during extended public holidays.

A confirmation email will be sent automatically right after your order is placed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Japan Post (EMS) or Yamato Transport.
We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or delivery time slots.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost you pay at checkout.
If your order is a gift, please note that the recipient will be required to pay these charges upon delivery.

Customers are also responsible for providing any documents required by the customs authorities in the destination country.
