If you love Studio Ghibli, you will love this wallet. The hand painted design and the quality of the leather is just what you would expect from Bunkoya Oozeki. I ordered this wallet after ordering a coin purse that was mistakenly returned to sender for some unknown reason. The US Postal Service had stated it was their own mistake. When Bekki, one of the customer service representatives kindly apologized for a mistake that was not even their own. They clearly just wanted to make it right. They sent out another package with the coin purse, The Totoro Wallet, and a gift coin purse and it arrive so quickly. I was in awe of the kindness when I opened the package to find a handwritten note from Bekki and a little gift. It was pure kindness and I am touched. That is why I wish to keep coming back for business with this company. They care. I am in love with this wallet. It is so well-made. The leather feels like butter soft and the design is so amazing. The hand crafted features of this piece shine. The metal parts of the clasp and snap are very high-end and open smoothly and close securely. and the snap is an audible "snap!" when closing. The design of Totoro and friends are so like the beloved movie. I love it. The shading of the color is so impressive. So beautiful. The space I have to put my cards and ID is perfect and the folding coin box is perfect - no coins spill out which is why I will be putting my treasured coin my grandmother gave me into it without hesitation (over 100 years old). The inside leather is beautiful and rich in color and the wallet will go with so many purses. It easily fits in my sling pack or my back pack.
